Add us to the list!  Woo Hoo! Booked our flights the other day.  I finally broke down and used reward miles - I couldn't wait for the prices to come down.

We are...  Mark & Diane + little Graysie, the cutest dog in the world.  She's not much of a traveler, but hopefully, she'll do okay.  We may need to hire petsitters for the day to keep her company when we go to the beach, she's a little spoiled!  :)  :)   Also, one son and girlfriend will probably be joining us.  Not sure on other son, daughter and significant others (they'll probably want to spend Christmas with their mother in Omaha).

Our dates are 12/24 thru 1/3.  So where's the New Years Eve party??

Can't wait!!
Diane

AHHH!!! Diane, I have yet to take the plunge on the tickets.  I am determined to get a better deal since we are pretty flexible on the arrival and departure.  Can't wait to meet you!  Now, about that New Years party......

We'll gladly host the holiday party. How about on the 27th at 6pm?  It's a Saturday. BYOB and food TBD.

(Actually we could do "Festivus!" It will include the "Airing of Grievances" which is part of the traditional feast... How relevant! Here's more info in case you aren't a Seinfeld fanatic- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Festivus)

Hehe... Jen was all excited trying to plan every last detail last night (what color napkins, etc [exagerating])... in guy-time Dec is something like 2 or 3 years away.... "we'll figure it out later" was my auto-response

I won't be there for Christmas but I can try and find you a Pole from my brothel !!! LOL, I missed this episode.

Cosmo Kramer: Is there a tree?
Frank Costanza: No, instead, there's a pole. It requires no decoration. I find tinsel distracting.
Frank Costanza: It's made from aluminum. Very high strength-to-weight ratio.
Mr. Kruger: I find your belief system fascinating.

Lori- I'll add you to the list.

We will be in Puerto Morelos 12-17 thru 1-7. We're now rethinking that whole thing, trying to figure out what state of demo/improvement the casa will be in at that time...We'll lose our deposit on the rental villa if we cancel, but we really want to hang in our new crib!
Anyway, count us in!

We usually come down around the last week of January and stay a couple weeks with the kids. Anybody gonna be there then with some brats for our ninos to play with on the playa? We are planning a family X-Mas trip for the following year though. If your BOA is still alive Chemmie, I will bring him a nice gift.

Y'all are making me want to come down!!  When we bought I planned 3 trips off the bat, and haven't gone any farther than that.  I was thinking we'd come some time in the winter.  We're really close to 2 free tickets on American ... I'll have to wait and see what's available once I rack up hose last few miles.
